Online contracting
Sending an inquiry or generating an unpaid estimate does not create a contract.
The project planner produces an estimated range or an exact quote. Ranges cannot be purchased online and require a separate written proposal. Exact quotes show the project configuration, price, VAT and total before payment.
Online purchases are only for companies and professionals. They are not available to consumers. By paying, the customer confirms its professional status and authority to contract for the named business.
The final quote summary defines what the project includes. Third-party subscriptions, licences, usage charges, copywriting, photography, illustration and data entry are excluded unless expressly included.
The customer reviews the quote and these terms before selecting Pay securely with Stripe. Payment confirms acceptance. Stripe sends the receipt, and Trelew Studio contacts the customer within 24 hours. The quote, these terms and the payment record form the contract. They can be saved, printed or requested from hola@trelew.studio. Contracts are concluded in English.
Price, start and delivery
Prices are in euros. The final quote shows the net price, VAT and total. Stripe processes payment and may collect billing and tax details and issue the invoice.
The website calculates Spanish VAT at 21%. The final invoice may apply different tax treatment based on the customer’s location, professional status or valid VAT information. Extra work or charges require written approval.
The project starts on the next business day after payment has cleared, Trelew Studio has received the required materials and access, and Trelew Studio has confirmed the start in writing. Payment alone does not start the delivery period.
The accepted quote or start confirmation sets the delivery period and milestones. A standard dashboard project has a four-week target from the start date. Customer delays move the affected dates by the same period.
Changes and cancellation
Changes outside the accepted quote require written agreement and may change the price or schedule.
- Before written start confirmation: full refund.
- Within 24 hours after start confirmation: full refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours after start confirmation: 85% refund.
- After 48 hours: refund of the unused balance after deducting completed work, non-refundable project commitments and demonstrable reserved capacity. Deductions cannot exceed the project price.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design and studio-created materials are owned by or licensed to Trelew Studio. Third-party names, trademarks and materials belong to their owners. Reproduction, modification or commercial redistribution requires the relevant owner’s permission.
The accepted quote and any project-specific agreement govern ownership and use of project deliverables.
Law and contact
Spanish law applies. Business disputes are submitted to the courts of Madrid unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
