Required contact-form fields are name, email, service and message. Company name is optional. Project-planner answers remain in the browser until submitted.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics loads only after the visitor selects Allow Google Analytics.

Google Analytics can be refused without losing access to the website. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through Analytics choices in the footer. Existing cookies can be removed through the browser settings.
Providers and international transfers
Trelew Studio uses Vercel for hosting and Web Analytics, Resend for form delivery, Namecheap Private Email for correspondence, Stripe for payments and invoices, Upstash for rate limiting, Google for consent-based Analytics, Calendly for bookings and WhatsApp when a visitor contacts the studio there.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable safeguards include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details can be requested from hola@trelew.studio.
Data may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Resend keeps delivery data only as needed to transmit and troubleshoot messages. Data may be retained longer when required by law and is deleted or anonymised when the applicable period ends.
Rights
Where applicable, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
