Payment & timing

Payment & bookingPrices in EUR include VAT. Accept the scope and terms before paying 100% upfront at checkout. Your booking is confirmed when payment clears. Written offers last 30 calendar days.

Start date & delaysBuild-package delivery takes the listed calendar weeks, starting the next business day after payment, answers, final content and required access arrive. Consultancy meetings are booked against studio availability; analysis begins when the requested context and access arrive. We confirm timing in writing. Missing inputs, approvals or consolidated feedback pause the schedule; new dates depend on studio availability.

Revisions & extra work

Revision roundsWebsite, Shopify Essential and Dashboard Essential include 2 rounds; Advanced build packs include 3. Each build round is one review meeting (up to 60 minutes), one feedback list and one editing pass. Your nominated contact sends the approved list within 2 business days of the meeting. Delivery of the updated version closes the round; later requests may use another. Consultancy options include the meetings and total hours stated in their scope, but no implementation revision rounds.

What a revision coversEdits to the agreed layout, styling, content, links and responsive behaviour. New pages, features, roles, integrations, major restructuring or a new design direction cost extra. Written approval closes a stage; reworking it for changed requirements or preferences is new work. Defects against the agreed scope are fixed without using a revision round.

Extra work€750 per extra round within the agreed scope, VAT included. Extra or longer meetings and added scope are priced separately. We explain the change and agree its price, timing and any required payment in writing before starting.

Ownership & support

Costs & ownershipAccounts are in your name. You pay for domains, hosting, Shopify, themes, apps, email, payment processing and other services. Paid services and their payment method need your approval. Keep accounts active and paid. Provider estimates may change; provider price changes, outages or suspensions outside our control are not our responsibility. We hand over the build, operating access and source code where applicable. Third-party licences keep their own terms.

After deliveryBuild packages include 2 calendar months of free maintenance consultations by email from final delivery. This covers advice; maintenance work, content changes and new features are separate. Bug fixes for the delivered build scope are included for 14 calendar days after launch. Consultancy packages conclude with delivery of the personalised pack; implementation and later advice are separate unless agreed in writing. Your mandatory rights still apply.

Cancellation

Full refund before written start confirmation and within 24 hours after it. After 24 and up to 48 hours: 85% refund. After 48 hours, any refund is limited to fees left after completed work and committed costs, with a written calculation. Mandatory statutory rights take priority.
